Series 150-200 The Series 150 and Series 200 panel systems are proven rout and return wet (caulk joint) systems that provide airtight and watertight barriers for building exteriors. These systems were developed to give designers, architects, and general contractors the ability to incorporate aluminum and/or aluminum composite panels at prices comparable to foam core panels. As with all McDougall Panel systems, the System 150 and 200 Systems utilize continuous extrusions at the perimeter of the panel. Incorporating the male/female attachment method allows the McDougall system to accomodate thermal as well as seismic movement without buckling or joint failure.
Series 400 The Series 400 panel system is a rear ventilated, rain-screen system that also provides a 1/2" wide x 1" deep reveal between adjacent panels. This system is the proven solution to exterior and interior panel needs when visible caulk joints are not desired. Pockets within the continuous perimeter extrusions receive reveal strips that fill the 1/2" gap between the panels. These reveal strips can be supplied in matching or contrasting colors giving the Series 400 System a clearly defined joint line between the panels. Because of the pressure-equalized nature of this panel system, a commercial grade vapor barrier is required prior to application.
Series 500 The Series 500 panel system is one of the industry's top-of-the-line systems. This rout and return dry gasket system also offers a 1/2" wide x 1" deep open reveal. The Series 500 consists of continuous perimeter extrusions that receive the returned edge of the panel into pockets within the extrusions. It also incorporates integral guttters, internal gaskets, and weeps. The exposed portions o fthe extrusions can be painted to either match the adjacent panels or contrast for pronounced joint lines. As with all McDougall panel systems, the Series 500 panel system can offer custom sizes and shapes from a large sweeping radii to sharp, crisp corners.
