Preformed Metal Products and ThermaSteel have partnered to provide four different methods of supplyiing these exciting “21st Century” Building products.  Depending on the specific needs of your client and the project, we can provide a range of services along with the products to get the project completed efficiently and on budget.

1) Quickship Panels: Customer Provided Cutlist

            - 3 ½” , 4”, 5 ½”, 7  1/2”  Thick
            - 8’, 9’, 10’, 12’ length
            - 48” O/C Shiplap panel or 47” square end panel
            - 24 ga. Steel framing @ 16” O/C
            - Field Cut Door and Window Openings

      Options:
            Factory molded standard Door/Window openings
            Corner, Base Track, and Header framing and Fasteners

2) Standard Panels: Preformed Metal Products generates a cutlist of panels, trims, and accessories based on requirements provided by customer

    All of the above options are available, plus:

1. 2’,3’, or custom widths available
2. Custom lengths available (maximum 12’)
3. Alternative framing gauges and centers to meet structural requirements
4. Optional horizontal or vertical panel orientation
5. Insulated Header panels, heavier gauge top track, joist cutouts, beveled edges
6. Pre-molded door and window openings to your specifications
7. Pre-molded horizontal and vertical wirechases
8. T-Beam floor Panels
9. Ceiling and Roof panels

3) Architectural Takeoff – Preformed Metal Products and ThermaSteel generate a comprehensive material and cutlist from Specifications,  Architectural Drawings, and Structural Design  provided by the customer.

4) Design and Furnish – Preformed Metal Products and ThermaSteel provide design services (complete with Engineer-sealed drawings) and supply a full material kit for erection of the Thermasteel building.
